jll8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jll8 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jll8 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jll8 reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons.
